Thank you for your interest in the Owner-occupied MAISON BON TEMPS, in which we have three long-term leased rentals. Our humble “House of Good Times,” is located in the heart of the historically rich and culturally vibrant City of New Orleans, Louisiana – or, as it is known, “The Crescent City,” “The Big Easy,” or just “NOLA.”

Situated on a quiet block in the center of the “funky,” “bohemian,” and “artsy” Bywater Historic District (at 3821-23 Dauphine Street, nestled between the St. Claude business corridor and the mighty Mississippi River), it is easily accessible via car, bike, and multiple bus lines. The Central Business District and The French Quarter – as well as bakeries, bars, cafés, dollar stores, gyms, parks, restaurants, thrift shops, wine shops, yoga studios, and much more – are all a short distance away. (Our favorites are Bacchanal, Bywater Bakery, and The Country Club!)

Also, Bywater is part of the “Sliver by the River” – neighborhoods on high ground that escaped major flooding during Hurricane Katrina – so we are very unlikely to experience the high waters that plague many sections of the city during heavy rains.

We don’t have any availabilities at this time.
